LATE FEE/ CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
 

1. LATE FEES:

• Arriving 10 minutes late to your session will result in a $15 late fee. Each additional 5 mins that you're late will add another $10.
• For 30-minute sessions, arriving 20 mins late will result in your session being CANCELLED.
• For hour sessions, arriving 30 minutes late will result in your session being CANCELLED.
• Late fees will be applied to the remaining balance. If payment is not made promptly, it may result in a delay in receiving your gallery.
   

IT'S ALWAYS BEST TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 10-15 MINS EARLY FOR YOUR SESSION.

If you must dress upon arrival, please avoid arriving at the session time. It is advisable to come prepared or arrive early to get dressed. 
 

2. CANCELLATION:

• Cancellations are to be canceled within 48hrs
• Cancellations still result in a non-refundable deposit
• Day of cancellations could result in an additional fee

3. RESCHEDULING:

• Clients can only reschedule once with the original deposit
• After one reschedule the client will have to go through the booking process again
• Must reschedule within 24-48 hours
